All campaigns must be paid for by clients in advance.
Clients who sign up for ongoing monthly campaigns (or other period as agreed between BlueBloomMedia and the client) will generally receive a discounted rate.
Clients who have signed up for ongoing monthly campaigns are required to make payment in advance on the first day of the month. A campaign will not commence until payment has been received.
Failure to make payment on time will result in a delay to the release of the campaign and may also result in a cancellation of the discounted rate at the discretion of BlueBloomMedia.
Should BlueBloomMedia be unable to fulfil all or part of a campaign, the client's claim against BlueBloomMedia will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the campaign. In this situation, BlueBloomMedia will inform and refund the client within 30 days.
BlueBloomMedia may cancel ongoing campaigns in any of the following circumstances with no liability to the client:
- BlueBloomMedia is no longer in the business of providing the service;
- Suitable distribution channels are not available; or
- The cost of distribution has risen to such an extent that BlueBloomMedia cannot economically provide such service.
In such a situation, BlueBloomMedia will notify the client as soon as practicable and refund any amounts prepaid by the client.
Specific guidelines regarding refunds:
All BlueBloomMedia refund requests must be communicated within a reasonable time period. considered to be within 30 days of the first campaign launch.
Steps required in order to successfully obtain a refund:
- Customer must request a refund by emailing bluebloommedia@gmail.com.
- Support will confirm the receipt of the request to the customer.
- BlueBloomMedia or its agent will address the request.
Below is the general refund policy of BlueBloomMedia
- BlueBloomMedia customers are not entitled to refunds as the general rule. However, occasional refunds may be awarded as a gesture of good-will or where BlueBloomMedia is unable to fulfil the terms of a campaign.
Each request will be assessed by the BlueBloomMedia team, and the decision to refund depend exclusively on BlueBloomMedia. - Some special promotions are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee, where the customer is entitled to a full refund on the initial purchase. For this guarantee to be applicable, it has to be displayed within the Sales page of a specific promotion.
Subsequent purchases are not covered by this 30-day money back guarantee. - BlueBloomMedia generally reimburses refunds via Bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with the client.
- The refund process as a whole can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Customers must refrain from raising disputes or Charge-backs while an internal refund process is ongoing. Especially if BlueBloomMedia's support team has informed the customer that the refund request is being processed.

All campaigns must be paid for by clients in advance.
Clients who sign up for ongoing monthly campaigns (or other period as agreed between BlueBloomMedia and the client) will generally receive a discounted rate.
Clients who have signed up for ongoing monthly campaigns are required to make payment in advance on the first day of the month. A campaign will not commence until payment has been received.
Failure to make payment on time will result in a delay to the release of the campaign and may also result in a cancellation of the discounted rate at the discretion of BlueBloomMedia.
Should BlueBloomMedia be unable to fulfil all or part of a campaign, the client's claim against BlueBloomMedia will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the campaign. In this situation, BlueBloomMedia will inform and refund the client within 30 days.
BlueBloomMedia may cancel ongoing campaigns in any of the following circumstances with no liability to the client:
- BlueBloomMedia is no longer in the business of providing the service;
- Suitable distribution channels are not available; or
- The cost of distribution has risen to such an extent that BlueBloomMedia cannot economically provide such service.
In such a situation, BlueBloomMedia will notify the client as soon as practicable and refund any amounts prepaid by the client.
Specific guidelines regarding refunds:
All BlueBloomMedia refund requests must be communicated within a reasonable time period. considered to be within 30 days of the first campaign launch.
Steps required in order to successfully obtain a refund:
- Customer must request a refund by emailing bluebloommedia@gmail.com.
- Support will confirm the receipt of the request to the customer.
- BlueBloomMedia or its agent will address the request.
Below is the general refund policy of BlueBloomMedia
- BlueBloomMedia customers are not entitled to refunds as the general rule. However, occasional refunds may be awarded as a gesture of good-will or where BlueBloomMedia is unable to fulfil the terms of a campaign.
Each request will be assessed by the BlueBloomMedia team, and the decision to refund depend exclusively on BlueBloomMedia. - Some special promotions are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee, where the customer is entitled to a full refund on the initial purchase. For this guarantee to be applicable, it has to be displayed within the Sales page of a specific promotion.
Subsequent purchases are not covered by this 30-day money back guarantee. - BlueBloomMedia generally reimburses refunds via Bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with the client.
- The refund process as a whole can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Customers must refrain from raising disputes or Charge-backs while an internal refund process is ongoing. Especially if BlueBloomMedia's support team has informed the customer that the refund request is being processed.
Requesting a refund and raising a dispute or charge-back at the same time could be considered as a fraud attempt, as there is an intent to be refunded twice.
